Is it just me or does that front page screenshot suck? Is the ball handler going to jump over that defender starting from the free throw line?

thats basically what im sayin, but if they made that shannon brown nobody would have beef with that, looks sweet but wrong guy. ratings need to affect dunk packages and takeoffs

All of you complaining should read the thread instead of jumping in with your .02.

1. Ratings aren't even in the game yet.
2. The video was captured because this was so rare.
3. It'll be even rarer with ratings in.

i know they arent in yet but that was a pretty standard dunk last year that everybody could do, i think the debate is about the packages being different and when the ratings do go in we wont see people like artest take off like that to start. did the same dunk with artest on kenyon martin two days ago on live 10, only difference kenyon didnt fall and then lebron did the same dunk on garnett when i played with heat

I'm excited about this game, but I have some concerns. That looked nothing like Ron Artest. That looked like a low flying Michael Jordan. We are seeing these exciting video's a few months before the release, shouldn't this game be close to done by now? It just seems like they are just starting to get 5 on 5 play going.

Same with 2K, where we've seen nothing but Jordan frames. It just seems like there is going to be a rush
to finish for both games this year. I have a feeling 2K is going to be the same game but better, which is good, but it won't be next gen. Next year 2K is going to have to overhaul. I don't think they are going to have Elite's innovation this year. But I thik Elite will be releaseing a broken game.

I'm totally going off intuition and following these two games more than any other every year. This is always my favorite game decision every year.

Though the games are in fact likely nearing the end of the development cycle, it is indeed too early for either game to be releasing full-fledged videos. Typically they'll wait just a little bit longer before they feel comfortable and confident enough to release extended footage. I know it's tough not to put too much weight into the small clips we've all seen thus far but I do not believe we've seen enough to develop a true sense of how the game will be represented in each series this year.
