There is still a Title Update coming (still should be Mid-August) and it has a lot of other fixes/tuning in it. If you read Roy's blog and my blog I think we did a pretty good job of explaining that these Live Tuner Updates were not going to be able to address everything you could possibly want, but we are working to continue to make NCAA Football 11 as great as we can.

Really good news. Now I can continue my dynasty knowing recruits will be good. I'm already having a blast this year.

Russ - by improving the cpu recruting AI, does it make the overall recruiting difficulty significantly harder?

Russ, Will I need to load the tuner every time I play or load my dynasty or just the first time?

If you save it you should not have to touch loading the file again. (if you don't it will simply download it everytime)
