Once I download the tuner, will it take into effect in my offline dynasty I already started, or will I have to start over for it to take effect? Thanks

The recruits will be fixed in the next season of your dynasty. Past recruits and current classes will be the old ones.

If you're connected to the internet. When you load the game it will say Tuner is out of date would you like to update. It will then save and update.

Is this tuning set suppose to fix the running backs hold both hands on the ball while running up field slowing them down greatly?? Because ive had several times where they had open field infront of them an was caught from behind because they never took both hands off the ball like they were blowing through the line!!!!!!
