The post game was a real problem for me, when posting up moves were very limited and most times the move I was trying to complete didn't happen, and on a negative it seemed like a dunk-fest in the paint (i.e Dwight Howard) with the new rebuild and added physics new moves should be a priority in bringing the post game back to EA Basketball.

I def think they've brought the post game back. I've seen videos of some of the post game. I know that since there's no more two players animations your never trapped in any post animation. So you can do shoulder fakes, hooks, dropsteps, spins, up and unders, fadeaways, fades to either side, pump fakes, and the person has to react, there is no given animation on the defensive side. And with physics you can push your body weight onto a player, and the same for the defensive side. Plus with the controls you choose which side and hand to finish with

In the interview they said its really on you to decide what post moves you string together, and how you string em together, nothing is canned. So it looks like the post game got an overhaul. And the way you post up i determined on your style of play.

I already stated that when you see me online I'm a be a killer in the post so all PS3 players get ready

Re: NBA Elite 11 Blog: Real Physics

to manually do a lean in the post, that would be a really nice thing to have. Hopefully that's also capable in this game
