Ok, I just have to comment on this "I don't have internet" business. Even if you don't have internet where your 360 is, or heck, even your entire HOUSE, how hard is it to take your Xbox to a buddy's house who does have internet and get the patch and/or rosters???

Just got the game today, but having a problem w/ the patch. I keep getting errors at different points of the download...the most frustrating was at 95%, but it rarely gets to that point. This is the 4th time I've tried.

Anyone else having that issue and/or know how to fix it?

Can someone confirm if the download last night was the patch, or there's another one coming. I keep getting conflicting statements.

If last night was the patch, I'm still seeing the playing action handoff bug. Sorry if this has been beat to death, OP has been down for me all afternoon.
