newb roster question. what is gonna be the difference from 4.0 to 4.1?

edit, im talking pitching edit wise. bc i seen in first post its gonna be different. what does that mean? different formula etc?

I am workin on this on my own so as soon as 4.1 is up Im already making the transactions for 4.2. I was gonna release these simultaneously but........ Ok verified with TD, I get his end today.

I'd like to know this as well. I already started a franchise with 4.0 and am wondering if there is a formula I can used to edit all of the starting pitchers around the league to reflect what will be changing in 4.1. I'm big on sim stats being right, and already in my franchise I see box scores where guys are being taken out after 6-7 innings after only giving up one run, 4-5 hits and 0-1 walks.
