I'm planning on doing em, and even if they were to do em I'd still go over em and make adjustments. If they do em I probably won't bother uploading em b/c I'd might come off as trying to steal their thunder. Btw, it still might take me upwards of two weeks to do em just depending on my availability.

Given how long this is taking would you be willing to post your list of edits so I could update them manually. Once they post 4.1 with the franchise file, I'd just need your edits to finally start my franchise. Thanks.
