When you join a dynasty, you can see the stats (although not as many as I'd like). It looks like only members of the dynasty can see the stats (and it looks like it's only for 1 season and not for multiple seasons or a career or anything like that.

I was hoping for an app as well. I have accessed the site via Iphone and even using a WiFi, it is loading tremendously slow. Hopefully we will see an app somwhere for it soon.
