Just played online for a few matches with randoms and they weren't very good lol

One guy (my first match) won, but the other 2 were pretty easy to submit....submissions are super easy online if the guy wastes his energy

This is where the problem is....

A "One Punch KO" should not be about nor controlled by Head Damage, It should be about landing a glancing blow ala FNR4...Head damage should effect the "Rock State" more...

If Im throwing hooks at your head and you have a high % of head damage, every strike to your head should rock you(and eventually KO/TKO you)

This will separate the stand up game from Street Fighter (strike until the opp's health is gone)
