To the people that are trying out v4, do you feel v4.1 would be a better option, or is it ready to go the way it is? (I know it's a bit early to form an opinion, but when you do I'd love to hear what people think)

I donno. The stamina has caused such an issue. Most major league pitchers can easily throw 100 pitches. Just look at the stats. The top 20 guys in both the AL and NL for pitcher per start are all over 100. That means at least 40 pitchers average over 100 pitches per start (my stat source only shows the top 20 for each league) and probably around 50 or 60 average at least 100 pitches per start. I am struggling to see a CPU pitcher throw 100 and a lot of people on here can't seem to do it either.

i think you right on this because i see cpu pitchers throw around 85 pitches and get pulled.

I just played a game. Vs porcello I he had 70ish pitches in the 5 inning, he gave up two straight hits and got pulled. As much as I love v4, I'm gonna wait for 4.1 and see how that plays.

I just played an Exhabition game on All Star No visual cues meter pitching.
I played the Yankees v Phillies using the v4 rosters.

I lost using Sabathia 3-2. C.C. had 114 pitches through 8 and 94mph fb
in the 8th. Unfortunately I hung a change up to Rollins and he hit the 3
run homer that beat me and gave Halladay the complete game win. He threw 94 pitches and I struck out a lot. 13 to be exact. Swung at
everything he threw practically.

Anyway point is in the first game I played using thse rosters both pitchers
went 8 innings and one of them got the CG.

One exhibition game on all star level does not a sample make but I thought
since stamina was an issue I'd post my 1st game results.

I have been playing a franchise with v3 pitch edits, the strut24 version,
and I haven't noticed cpu pulling pitchers too early. From now on I will
pay more attention but for me I regularly get my starters to the 7th.

You have to try and use a guy with lower stamina then CC (i think hes a 200 inning guy every year).
