Its late but OK up it goes.

OS-FM V4

All thanks to Knight, Ridin and KSig for providing us the template from which to go on.
Mr Franchise and co. for the face work
Thanks to Strut and crew for the great job on stances and accessories
Thanks to Razr, Pope and crew on the pitch edits
Thanks to TD - all the hard work and simming
Thanks to Bahnzo - for the great roster tool

Included is everything that was in V3 plus the majority of SCEA players (hitters and pitchers) rerated using a 3 year average (07-08-09) generated from the Roster Tool application developed by Bahnzo as a base. Ratings are then modified to reflect this years performance as best as possible. Some SCEA players were not touched due to lack of any strong sample set in MLB.

Mods if you can sticky a new thread that would be cool for feedback.

Hope everyone enjoys its in roster vault OSFM V4rerates.
