quick question, do you guys fill your recruiting board to capacity or do you guys select a few prospects to fill your needs and get the most out of them?

FRIGGIN SWEET! I always loved recruiting...well, I have the past few years anyway, and this will just make it THAT much more awesome! Except for that you can't just talk for as long as you want about whatever you want to :-/ will DEFINATELY miss that, but welcoming the part about seeing how far behind you are with VERY open arms!

Wonderful, because we all know recruiting decisions are quantified. They keep standings and assign points. Argh.
