unless maybe by chance he is a police officer on an off day or who works graves? a fireman? medic...........etc

anyway..... the game:

So far IMO it is more enjoyable than last year (which I only rented). Controls are tighter. Animations seem less jerky and the game speed plays a lot better. Granted....I have not had much time with it but 2010 was nearly an immediate turnoff.

Has anyone had a QB take off and run on them?

I havent seen it yet.

I hope this isnt indicative of the final game? Even Pryor has not done anything but pass

Not to get in the way of the "intriguing" crowd debate, but I played all the match-ups last night and wanted to pass on my observations:

As has been stated, the presentation is exponentially better than any previous version of NCAA on next/current gen. I still saw some issues here and there where there was an inappropriate celebration after an incomplete pass, but it is MUCH improved.

I actually like the new play calling system. It is great for the hurry up offense.

While the game is extremely fun to play, I hope there are some issues smoothed out before the retail version comes out:

There were too many turnovers, especially for 2 min. quarters, in the games I played.

As a result of the turnovers, there were too few punts.

I know that the teams in the game weren't ideal for the spread option because most the QBs are pocket passers (minus Pryor), but something still doesn't feel right about the option or running game in general.

The CPU play calling still needs work IMO.

I know it sounds critical, but if the retail version just tweaks some things, it will be a great game, especially if sliders are effective.

I wouldn't care if he was the pope. I don't think its right to tell others to get a life for not agree with what he finds important. He didn't need to insult the guy for having a different opinion.

I did vs clemson. Had everyone covered perfectly, then a hole opened up. He juked past my MLB and went untouched for an 11 yard touchdown.

Clemson's QB took off and ran on me a few times. Pryor tried a few times as well, although he eventually just threw the ball away most the time.

Yeah, I can't get into this game. It's still too "EA" for me. I said it before. EA needs to start from scratch and look at Tiburon as a big part of the problem. Skating, not seeing the momentum. There is no weight whatsoever in the players. Bouncing in an out of animations like it's nothing. Many have already said most of my gripes, so no need repeating. Beautiful game graphically, but not impressed at all by anything else.

I actually work from home but that's neither here nor there.....what I meant was priorities are way out of wack if the way the crowd looks falls before the presentation, dynasty and gameplay improvements that have already been and are still needed for the game. I apologize if I offended people that wasn't my intent, just to think about what you would lose from this game if they spent time redesigning crowds. Things like the ESPN overleays, the stadium upgrades and new stadiums, dynasty improvements etc etc...those wouldn't be at the stage they are or wouldn't be in the game at all if the development team went back and redesigned the crowds....
