Was it my imagination, or was ZERO gameclock or playclock run while the AI was choosing offensive plays?

I understand that the crowd doesn't look as good when compared to the rest of the game, however I also understand how game development works. For every thing you add something else cant get worked on. I'm willing to look at a crowd that doesn't look as good as the players if it means I have ESPN presentation, locomotion, dynasty upgrades, more uniforms etc etc etc.....

You can't really expect current gen hardware to make crowds as good as on field players. Polycount and the likes ...

No said we wanted crowds over ESPN, but we just want the crowds to match the quality of everything else. Theres nothing wrong with wanting them to improve the game. EA has many different departments. So them working on the crowd would not stop all work on locomotion.

Yea but by saying OMG crowds look terrible fix them people aren't considering the consequences. Fact: if the development team took the time to fix the crowds this year, then another improvement from this year would have suffered.....sorry I like the improvements from this year too much to sacrifice one of them for a better looking crowd.....

A more likely answer to why the crowds are not improved would be frame rate. Higher rez would make the frame rate harder to keep up.

I wouldn't sweat it Canes- clearly a guy who is posting in the middle of a workday, on a video game forum, about a bloody demo should be telling others to get a life for not sharing the same opinion as him.

I have to agree with this. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of sacks (both by myeslf and the cpu). The pocket just seems to last forever while the OL/DL are locked in this weird dance. I'm praying for responsive sliders, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Just so I'm not a downer, that's about my only b!tch. This game is freakin' beautiful otherwise. Still a purchase for me, to be sure, I just really, really, really hope there's a fix to help us "defensive minded" guys out.
