Put it this way I turned off the ps3 demo after one game because I couldn't take the lagging and framerate issues....like it's already been said it's probably an issue with it not being optimized for the processor in my first gen ps3....

I'm really happy with this demo. For the first time I think I can safely say that it plays better than the old PS2 versions. Last year, the demo steered me away from buying the game. This year it sold me on it. Playbooks, locomotion, and presentation are all great.

Graphics are a huge step up, gameplay feels better, however the #1 problem still remains - the emotion is still missing. I get a touchdown and the players act as if absolutely nothing happened. And not that I want to compare this to other games, but there are other games that can have 40,000+ 3d fans, not cardboard cutouts who also convey no emotion whatsoever.

To all of the haters,

If you don't see the improvement of this game over its 2010 counterpart, you need to sit back, shoulder roll, and play it some more. It just gets better and better with each game. EA has done a terrific job.

Re: NCAA Football 11 Demo Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here

I just played my first game. Me (Ohio State) vs Miami. I really enjoyed it but it was very easy.

I don't consider myself a really good player either but had no problem in my first game.

I played on AA and won 17-0. Passing was easy and the cpu AI just kinda sucked. I'm going to play on heisman next.

Anyone else find the demo to be really easy?

I just noticed something that was pure win. My WR was running a slant, but before he cut to the inside of the field he gave a small fake to the sideline and they DB bit it hard. It was a think of beauty.

Also, the stadiums look absolutely gorgeous this year. Graphically, the game is up there with MLB The Show IMO.
I know, I was only meaning the helmets :P
