My DTs are also getting pancaked way too much on Heisman whenever I try to do spin and rip moves. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but me seeing my DT flat on his stomach time and time again is getting old. I am also getting little to no pressure on the QB with just my front four.

Hopefully these issues are fixed in the retail version, or at least maybe sliders can help some. I have a sinking feeling that neither is the case, as these issues have been in the game for years now. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Man, that's heartbreaking I'm praying for responsive sliders.

You guys are talking about 2 different things.

He's talking about neutral sites like the Red River Rivalry, SEC Championship in the Georgia Dome, etc.

You're talking about general neutral games.

There have been neutral site games in the NCAA games, like the red river rivalry, the Florida-Georgia and conference championship games.

They weren't in last years game. Places like Cowboys Stadium, Edward Jones Dome, etc, usw...

I don't like it either. I do like that you get more than one shot per replay, sometimes three. I also like that they do the TV-style of showing the QB throw, then cut to the WR's angle. To add to that, the replay frequency is high and that's always a good thing. The only problem is that it's all way too close up. If they had gone with broadcast distances, it would've been perfect. They were so close there, but they let artistic freedoms once again keep them from scoring the win. When will they learn... I mean, the closeness of the replays become a huge problem on certain plays, like when the ball is high in the air and going into the endzone. You wind up not even seeing any of the players, just the sky and the ball finally hitting the ground. What a bad judgement call.

I hate the fact that there are no pre-play camera shots. I also wish there were some tight above-waist post-play shots (broadcast style). I'll say that NCAA's post-play is better than Madden's mess though. Way better. Still, they really need to make some new post-play animations. They've just completely neglected this all generation and it really continues to hurt post-play.

The cut scenes as far as I've seen have no hideous black screens in-between like Madden's, so that's great. They move very quick and smooth. They did a really good job with the speed there.

The menus are sweet.

Overall, this is a good football game. I like the control feel. I can't say it's a 100% night and day difference with the feel, but the difference is considerable enough. I can really see the work they put into this game. Last year's game was such a piece of trash, it pales in comparison to this year's effort. Right now, it looks like a definite buy for me. Good job NCAA team, good job.

P.S. This is the best-looking football game I've seen released so far. I'm very impressed with the detail and the lighting.

P.P.S. The stadium sound is way too loud for a broadcast. Turning that down will be my first order of business after popping it in.

The graphics, lighting and especially the grass textures are awesome though.
The key word is Heisman level bro.....

It's been that way for years. Sure you can make sliders that tone some it down but in the world of Heisman mode you can't expect to those things to vanish because that is how they (EA) create their highest levels to be competive.

I'm pretty sure after playing the demo you can get the most realistic game play factoring in ratings on the lower levels....

My only gripe with the demo is all level's feel kinda easy for me to exploit to the CPU right now.....

But i'm looking forward to the final version because I think this game is going to be flat out sick with slider edits
