If you hold down the LT button (360, L1 on PS3) you go into "bluff" mode for playcalling, and then you can scroll three plays at a time, and choose a play by a specific button (instead of scrolling one play at a time and hitting A to select it).

Errr, completely disagree. They were dramatically different (i.e., in the NCAA 10 demo it was extremely hard to slip tackles, but in the finished game, it was common to break one or two tackles in one play).

Anyway, I guess this isn't the space to debate old demos.
