I mean its only right for them to add ESPN Presentation with this.

I think NCAA Basketball 10 was the sacrificial lamb for ESPN presentation, now Elite is gonna go all out with it..

I HOPE

They are certainly trying. The only limitation will be time. Ryan Santos is on the ball this year. If you know anything about this guy's attention to detail, then you'd know he's a hoops head who loves the game.

He was getting giddy like the rest of us community day members when we were talking about the possibility. If he can implement the minor change we talked about to the game's presentation it will go a LONG way to keeping Elite fresh throughout the year.

I really made sure he understood the importance of variety and he gets it. I'm hoping gone are the days of the predictable intros that have long been a staple in the Live series. You know what I'm referring to: shot of the stadium, shot of a player, player specific pre-game routine, walking around giving each other five, jump ball... every single game, and in that order. With just the minor change we talked about... it could make a huge difference.

You guys have no idea how much work we put into making sure this game becomes what we all want to see. I wish I had the time to sit there and help develop the presentation routine with him... So many things I'd love to get in that would equal what you see on TV.

You say this now... wait until you hear it.
Uh, oh. I just wet my pants *walks over and puts Live 10 back in to "replay" last night's game and imagine he's playing Elite 11*.

The thing that bothers me the most about the commentary in all sports games is when they have them record lines that seem to be tutorial or even "meta" in nature.

Comments that seem to be directed to the USER, and not just a "naturally occurring statement about the game.

Instead of just: "Mbenga with the ill advised shot", or "What is Mbenga thinking?"

They'll have them say: "You don't expect that shot from him, because he is a poor long range shooter"(Hint, Hint)

Let the guys say what they would normally say, instead of trying to teach the USER in-game lessons.

All the various development teams do seem to be getting better at doing this.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

LOL, its funny you say that because yesterday i put in Live 10 and was acting like i was using the new analog controls, it actually did feel right even tho i wasn't actually shooting with it.

But i could imagine, and the way sometimes pushing the stick up i would push left or right a lil bit sometimes.

I could put up with a "Mama there goes that man!" or "Hand down, man down!" every once in a while if it means Van Gundy and Breen are in it.

I hope starting lineups (at least with NBA Finals atmosphere) was one of those things.
