truth b told, ratings matter little, mastery of glitches, nanos, and "money plays", is what makes Madden so special.

you call bringing in
Corey Dillion,Wes Welker, Sammy Morris,Adlius Thomas,Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth, Rodney Harrison, ect.. building through the draft?

i think you guys Forget that Undefeated Season the Pats bought alot of players that year..

What about Brady, Edelman, their entire O-line, Wilfork, Warren, Wright, Banta-Cain, Mayo, Guyton, Butler, Meriweather, Sanders, and Gostkowski? They also had quite a few players who they drafted, turned into stars, and got rid of, like Branch and Samuel. I think most of their essential players were drafted. After the Thomas fiasco, I don't think the Patriots will risk any expensive FA's again. A lot of the FA's you mentioned up there were pretty cheap and low-risk signings. See how the Bodden signing turned out? It's not exactly "buying" in the negative sense (like they offer insane amounts of money to players to play for them) when much of their success with players from other teams was from players who were thought to be washed up but ended up having a lot in them.

New Orleans isn't the best team in football.

One question i had (didn't want to open a whole new thread for it) is are suspensions taken into account when you start a franchise (i know that injures are taken into account)

tillman at this point in his career would be lucky to be a good teams third corner and he's the bears best corner lol... he's very good and i love him but he doesn't have the speed to stick with anyone anymore.

bears offense will have to carry them to a .500 season and IMO they are rated properly for that in madden.

Why are some Bears fans so negative?

Cutler may not be "that good" but he still had a career best 27 TDs last year, Aromashodu should and will be the #1 (especially after how he played in December last year), Knox will take another step, Hester will play the Az Hakim role (as quoted from Martz himself) and will go back to doing what he does best: returning punts. As a Bears fan, you should know the offense will be ALOT better simply because Ron Turner isn't running it now, the O-line is still a concern, but I have faith in what Tice can do (they have some talent, they just need to develop)

Did you really watch the games last year? Go watch Hunter play a few games and single him out, you'll see alot of plays Urlacher would have made. Urlacher is made of glass? why? Before last year, when was the last time he missed a single game? That's right, 2004. You're forgetting about getting Pisa back (if he plays like he did before he was hurt) as well, he was lighting it up as much as a SLB can do in Lovie's D. Did Peppers grow old overnight? Did I miss something or did he not get double-digit sacks on a D-line full of nobodys last year, I think the Bears line w/o Peppers is better than the Panthers w/o Peppers. Chris Harris will also be a major upgrade at SS compared to what we had before.

Did you also forget about Zach Bowman or were you just saying things that you read?

The rating is a bit low, I thought they'd be 79-80, but I'll let the rating go up during the season.
