No kidding. We get more added in one year than other games get in 3 is pretty good. Granted, it's still early but the impressions from the CD attendees seemed to have been impressed.

As released by Andy Agostini, the CHL will be part of ALL known game modes. Be-a-GM, Be-a-pro, Play Now, Online Vs etc.

I'm curious to see how they handle the physical progression of Jr players. No way you can have a guy stay the same size he was as a 16 year old junior when he enters the NHL later in BaP or BaGM.

Hmmm, good question and unfortunately one I didn't think to ask...

Are you completely serious with that?

NHL 2009 was a giant leap over anything prior and 2010 had even better, more realistic play. If they can get a few aspects tweaked and some more realistic physics for skating, pucks and hits ... this game will be epic.

Further -- adding the CHL adds tons of 'REAL' players that we can draft, develop and bring into our franchises in BE A GM mode. This adds more real, long term play than anything ever added before.

This is awesome. But I'm still not really sure how all this works. Do drafted players have to play in the AHL? Or can we draft someone and keep them on a CHL team? I'm not really sure how it works exactly.

Here's to hoping and praying that they have complete stat tracking for NHL 11. No more 2009-10 "NHL" or "AHL". List the team that they played for.

If they could get KHL rights, this would be the most complete roster in sports gaming history. Just think how much easier this makes it for roster purists. Ideally, only KHL players and AHL pro tryout players like emergency goaltenders will need to be made. Create-a-team can be used almost solely to dump retirees and ECHL players. We are in for something special-even before talking about the inevitable gameplay adjustments!
