people having some camera issues especially on defence, try focus with the left trigger, it pulls out a bit and focuses on where the ball is at all times, you can still go aggressive if you want as well. I use it a lot because the camera moves smothly, but never use it when I'm about to tackle because I tend to miss more.

Anyway, I"m sure that will help at least some people.

I just realized this as well a few minutes ago. Very good tip allBthere. It has helped me out tremendously. I was Captain Aggressive Mode on defense and it was killing me.

hmmmm, the punter is no longer getting up (I guess because the game is finally recognizing the hits/tackles) but the play is still going and its just tackle after tackle on the ground.

Agree wholeheartedly. I can understand being frustrated by the camera but don't see how it's some gamekiller. It's pretty exhilarating to evade someone in tackle alley and as you're running down the field you have to be wary of that guy pursuing you from behind or your blind side. In the traditional view you see everything around you and can safely plan to move w/o that worry. It's unfair to label the devs as trying to be "cute" when they were shooting for bringing a different gameplay experience. Additional camera options are always welcome/desireable but let's not forget this is the team's first attempt at a football game and needs to be judged accordingly.

I think the camera in this game is more realistic then the god view in Madden. You shouldnt be able to see the whole field, because football isnt played that way.

True, but you must remember that this is a video game, I'm not playing actual football. Technically speaking, in real life receivers don't glow red when I look at them and my plays don't appear on the field when I push the right bumper, but that sort of thing happens in video games. It is sad and disheartening to me that the Backbreaker team didn't think far enough ahead to at least include other camera options, if they want these ones to be the default camera, then fine, but at least let me change the camera if I want to. The camera is a huge part of any video game and has made/broken games like Tomb Raider and Drakes Uncharted; if the camera isn't playable to the user, then not much else really matters at that point.

If you are good with the camera then that's fine and there is nothing wrong with that, but again, for others it is getting in the way of gameplay and that kinda sucks. It woulda been cool to see: The current Backbreaker cam, a happy medium between the Madden cam and the current Backbreaker one and then a Madden cam rip-off.

Though the camera is ...challenging. To me it gives the game more realism. The feeling of not knowing if I'm about to get blown up by the DE adds a little pressure to the whole situation.

Maybe I'm not expressing exaclty what I mean but it seems they are really trying to put you in those on field situations part of which is not having control of everything and being able to see everything at one time.

Then its not what we call simulation, because players in real life do not have eyes in the sky.
