OK I just called them. If you trade MLB2K10 in at GameStop right now you get $22.00 store credit. The clerk also told me they are currently giving an extra 30% on ALL trade ins. So he said I would actually get $28.60 trade-in.)

Sorry;
No Errors/Injuries.
No fix for draftee's freezing in franchise.
No fixes FA signings.
No fix to the 60-DL bug.
No fix to progression/regression.

among others.....

I'm all set.

Man; I wish I owned a PS3. But I refuse to buy one for a single game.

I can't stop laughing at the injuries and errors part of the patch notes. Unreal!
From what I have seen from 2k in the last two years it would shock me if they did test there games. There sales dropped horribly this year because of the disgusting game they released last year and there is no evidence of them selling nearly as many copies next year. The we will do our best to add injuries and errors next year is a complete joke. I just hope they don't forget the baseball while there working so hard on errors and injuries.

As mentioned numerous times, the PS3 has great games besides just MLB 10 the Show. There is also a rumor that a MLB The Show PS3 bundle is supposed to drop in June. Good time to pick one up if you are a baseball fan.

What I find garbage is that Sony will rush through their patch in days, effectively line jumping the patch process, while 2K10 sits at the back. The way they delayed the 2K10 demo and how they rush through the Show patches (4 of them now) is a blatant effort to sabotage a competitor.

The Show Patch #3 was just released and had a major bug in it. How the heck do they patch that, in house QA the change and then submit for certification and have it up in less than a week? No other developer would have been able to get that treatment. That's absolutely unfair. Two years ago the NCAA 09 Football team had a patch fail for the PS3 because of a disallowed character in the COMMENT section! Had nothing to do with the code and they had to resubmit all over again taking over 2 weeks! They didn't get the opportunity to line jump and they didn't even have to change any real code.

Sony could rush there patches with game like the Show, because um.... Sony owns the game. That would be a big reason there patches come so quickly right?

Exactly but is it fair? Sony doesn't want games to be patched constantly so they restrict patches. Most games get one or two for free and then pay a big fine. Very hypocritical for them to release four updates. Anyone else makes a small mistake in a patch it's weeks, not days, before this can be fixed. It's not a big deal if the game didn't have competition. But they are intentionally hurting their competitor MLB 2K10 by doing this and they are still making money off every 2K10 sale as well since they own the console.
