I would love to have dreads, but its not going to make the game that much better when I'd say less than 20% of the players in the game even have them.

Anyways, I don't see this being picky. Miami comes out of the tunnel behind Sebastian who is behind the cheerleaders with a flag with the U and then the flags with M I A M I. We don't come out of the tunnel behind Sebastian with an American flag. They have it 70% correct. Just like Iowa, They hold hands and walk onto the field, yet EA has them running onto the field.
dreadlocks are something you notice during the game, what flag a mascot is holding is something you notice for 3 seconds before the game. Dreadlocks aren't a picky thing because it has to do with the player models.

I dont understand how you dont see this as being picky. You're so hung up on them carrying a flag when they aren't running out of an inflatable helmet or tunnel, there are not cheerleaders leading them out, and they arent going through the whole intro that the announcer says before they come out.

You say you'd love to have dreads but its not going to make the game that much better because a lot of guys dont have them. Well how does taking away an American Flag that a mascot is carrying for 3 seconds in an entrance make the game that much better? If you look at the dread thread i'm sure people in there have given more than enough examples of guys having them. There is at least 1 player on every team prob that has dreads. And its not just dreads, people in that thread are talking long hair in general like the Clay Matthews/ AJ Hawk type hair, the Polomalu/Samoan type hair, short dreads, long dreads, etc. Look at how the new accessories and equipment have made the players look more realistic. If you add the hair on top of that it increases the realistic look.

You're sitting here complaining about an american flag while 80 other teams prob will have just generic entrances and other teams like Virginia Tech has 0 chance for a 100% authentic entrance since they use licensed music in their intro.

It's authentic enough. When you buy an Authentic jersey from the NFL shop it's not 100% authentic because the guys that actually play on sunday have their jerseys made to fit how they like, some have tight sleeves, some have loose, some have no sleeves, some have skin tight jerseys, some don't, etc. But people aren't calling the NFL shop and saying this authentic jersey i bought isn't 100% authentic because so and so wears tight sleeves and the jersey i bought of him has loose sleeves.

its the spring game. If you look closely through the smoke on the left you can see other guys with the orange jerseys on. Its hard to see but you can tell because the number is white.

Good points I agree 98%. Miami in fact does run through the inflatable helmet its in their blog. Also people forget EA owns/makes Rockband. Rockband features.... YES you guessed it. Enter SandMan. So licensing is no problem.

yes but thats a different game. They have to pay Metallica to use their song for that game. They dont own the rights to the song. So if they were to put it into NCAA football they would need to pay additional money to Metallica for use in another game.
