Mestevo, watch closely. Number 74 is shot in the back after making the block. Its hard to see, but its definitely visible...

Nah, he finally moves one of his arms right after he belly flops to the ground, at the same time that number 82 on the right side of the screen pivots all the way around to the left to block a defender instead of escorting runner down the field...
