Blzer, on 1st and 10 they just talked to him and showed some of his video. He was the Braves and beat the Mets. Not the teams I would have expected at all. Says he is going to pay his mortgage off. Smart man.

How much could the mortgage be on a double wide?

I am really wanting to see the video. Maybe he made an epic diving catch in the late innings.

A million bucks was just a portion of their ad budget for this game. Worst case scenario, they bought insurance and only paid a fraction of the million. But really, there was no good reason to withhold.

I think you had to be pretty clueless not to think that they would pay out. they wanted to pay out. It's another wave of attention for their game.

But then, some people just want to hate on 2K because it makes them feel better than t just playing another game.

Oh I knew they'd pay it from the get go (assuming someone met the strict qualifications) and like every one of these things, and as you said, I'm sure they had an insurance policy of some sort for it. In fact, I thought it was a good idea on their part to get people interested in a game that has been hammered in reviews for several years in a row. My comment was just a response to the one and only official 2K apologist.
