Fairweather fans? How does that even apply to a game with no competition? We have no other choice. I think what you're looking for is "getting our hopes up".

Lets just hope that thats not the final product because that just straight sucked. EA has no excuse for they're constant disappointment they dish out to College Football fans. They have the money and I know they have the technology, but it seems that their just stretching out some old outdated engine until they decide to put up the money to develop or aquire a new one.

If this locomotion is a new engine then why does it look exactly like the old one.This is the same robotic and choppy engine that they have forced on us for the last 5 years. !@#%!@#$@! this better not be real gameplay!!!

And once again that makes it meaningless somehow? Even if it is an earlier build how do we know the current build isn't similar in the areas that people didn't like?

What has the NCAA team really done the last couple of years to make me trust that the video will not be representative of the final product? That may be the case, but it may not either.

never said it was meaningless I just find it very odd that an actual gameplay vid released by EA A) wouldn't be on the official website and B) wouldn't have all the intro bells and whistles that we're accustomed to. I'm with you that if that video is representative of the final product alot of people including me will be very very upset. hopefully we'll see something better from them by the end of the week.

Now why cant Madden or NCAA out make a game like this? This is beautiful motion its all about the Euphoria engine.

Good point. I too enjoy Madden 10 (still playing at least one game a week) so I'm sure NCAA 11 will be able to hold my interest. I just can't see myself plunking down full price for the game, though. I'll be waiting for it to go on sale before I buy.
