I think alot of gamers who buy the game, but initially didn't like the camera view, will be surprised in late August about how good their QBing skills have improved when they fire up Madden for the first time.

BB will teach you how to play the QB position correctly.
Everybody say, aaaaamen! People are too hung up on the camera, player height, and injuries. Neither one of these will take away from the greatness this game is going to deliver. Some people say we will be disappointed, but I say that we will be overjoyed. This is not a Backbreaker vs Madden NFL 11 war, but people are turning it into that. We all have our opinions about both games.

If BB plays as good as it looks, then NaturalMotion has done their job. Sometimes, when I play a game, it plays better than it looks, but other times, it is what I expected. Current NFL video games between 2005 and 2010 are very jerky, but Backbreaker will be very smooth. We should be able to see the difference in the videos for both games.

This is a first draft of a game, not game number 20+ as in EA's case. I'm willing to give the guys at NM a little bit of leeway in terms of not having everything in-game on firing it up (ie: heights, full cosmetic player customizations, etc) because these things will work themselves out over time in terms of future installments.

There's a Madden game this year?

Player awareness is amazing in this game. In madden10, if your player had an awareness less than 85 he was seemingly ********. These players act realistically, seeming through blockers and extending their arms for extra yardage. No more hbs dominating because of ridiculous ratings and breaking the laws of physics.

i disagree.

I saw a lot of bad choices on pass coverage.
I`m afraid it will be to easy to pass on this game.
hope i`m mistaken.

DB don`t seem to play very good...
Still can`t wait for this game.

well from the gameplay footage we have to take certain things into consideration....one we don't know if the offenses were Maxed out, just to show some nice catches for the mini trailers.

when some journalist played against the CPU...that one CB jumped that late throw to the side lines and returned it for a TD.

also from most of the footage...if you blindly throw into double coverage it seems the DBs get into position and pick the ball....so you pay for it.

the few plays where the user was successful on passes were slants and out routes...which I believe the D was playing man to man....so if the QB has time back there...and players are maxed out....I can see how those plays were successful.

that is why I'm optimistic and I give the benefit of the doubt for now, until I try the game myself.....but I understand where you're coming from.

The QB was maxed out, don't know about the rest of the offense

why did the players were max out?

I hope they start showing more Sim videos, hate thos "neon lights".

Also it would be great if they show some "franchise/stats/Footabll AI" instead of only the Euphoria engine and Camera. Those two topics were the 90% of the trailers/interviews so far.
