According to Stick Skills and the Official Xbox Magazine, UFC Undisputed 2010 will feature online leagues.

Along with addition of the online leagues, the article also talks about a "Sway System", "Posture System", improvements to southpaw, and a heavier focus on ground positioning for strikes."

Great news. The league here is probably the only reason I played 2009 so much, as I traded in my copy almost immediately after it died.
