Staying power is very important. The game has so many different playing modes. First there are two seperate franchise modes. Then you have split screen, co-op, tackle alley and the customization tools will keep you very busy as well. They are shipping the game with 60 ready made teams.

One of the major flaws with All Pro Football 2K8 was the lack of depth. Only one single season mode and a limited editing tool. It's hard releasing an non licensed game. You gotta give the gamer alot in return as the trade off. From what it looks like, Backbreaker is doing that for their May 25th release.

I agree here, because some people only hear what they want hear and they totally miss the point. There are a few on the official forum that have done this already. It's time this gets straightened out.

Football is not a game of chess when it comes to a single player on the field, which is what we will be each time we switch from QB to RB/WR or on defense. Those people looking for another chess match will be disappointed. Finishing the play off will be up to the position you are playing at the time.

i have to agree. when he mentioned it not being a chess match i immediately thought of the god camera view that other games provide that gives you the ability to plan your next move as a ball carrier.

i think the chess match of play calling will be there and will be more valuable than ever.
