I know it seems early, but everything the dev team was going to put in NCAA is already in there. NCAA is going to me madden with a few more cosmetic things added, and to be honest that will be a huge improvement over last year.

I think the people such as myself who are not overly excited are just taking a wait and see approach this year. After seeing what the product has been the last couple of years, isn't that the smart thing to do? When we see more info or gameplay videos down the road, I may get excited, but not when we still have no idea whether the gameplay changes or presentation changes we have been asking for have been made or not.

I really have no idea why some are getting so bent out of shape about people taking a wait and see approach with the game this year.

until they improve the game so the players dont look and feel like stick figures pin-balling against eachother none of this means anything worth while.

and until they bring back old school stuff for creation etc in the game, they arent trying hard enough as far as i'm concerned.

and while create a school is interesting and fun. it at times was too lengthy a process along with the site being poorly done and hardly anyone really getting their uni's taken by others or being able to promote them on a forum on the teambuilder site or something.

The first year it was the number on the jerseys, last year it was the helmets, this year I'm going out on a limb and say the pants

Maybe for the same reason that you're trying to curb people's excitement over the info already being released?

You asking that question seems hypocritical because you do the same exact thing, only in an opposite manner. Do you not see this?

Any way, I think it's smart to take a wait and see approach. Just because someone is excited does not mean that they're running around saying that they are going to buy the game on release day. When you love a game, such as NCAA Football, and the game has been lackluster for years, it's pretty natural to get excited about the possibility of the game being good and returning to life.

It's smart to wait before making a buying decision, as sports games have struggled for the most part on the new consoles. Make the companies earn your trust and business back. I don't think that you'll find too many people who disagree with you there.
