Most impressive that the CPU pitchers actually throw balls now, which was a major major issue with 2k9. Graphically I'm not really feeling the player faces but on the other end the game doesn't look terrible either. Hopefully its a solid game for those without a PS3.

Some things that jump out at me immediately when watching both videos at the same time.

I see instant improvements in :
- Lighting
-Shadows
- Realistic player models
- Color textures
- Improved Stadium (Grass, dirt patterns and textures)
- CPU Pitching and AI Patience
- Fielding fluency and OF tracks to incoming hits (No erratic movements like in 2k9)
- The annoying dust trail is gone
- The score overlay looks excellent and the stats in different situations helps too
- Crowd atmosphere and reaction to events seems improved

This is a completely different looking game and I look forward to the demo and this comparison video that 2k is supposed to release this week as well.

Yup, though I got to be honest, I wish they had kept it for certain parks, such as Wrigley.

I watched the video several times and I'm still not impressed in what I saw. Most of the posters touched on the negative parts that I agreed with so I'm not going to post the same thing. But one thing that ticked me off about last year's presentation was watching players run all over the field not knowing where to go. You can still see that they haven't fixed this BS animation when Theriot scored towards the end of the video. Why is he running back down the third baseline instead of running towards the dugout?

I am not defending the animation in any way, because it is off, however, will many gamers even care about that sort of thing because I can't see many people sticking around for the replay anyways.

I've read lots of nitpicking for the jersey fonts and number sizes, etc. I'm more concerned with the gameplay. The presentation is there, it's nice and flashy. Looks really good. The AI tries pitching around the batter now, which is great since before it was near impossible to draw a walk. I do agree with many others though, a check swing function could've been useful. I guess the Right Trigger is already in use for a batter? That was MVP Baseball's check swing button, and I used it more than I thought I would have to when I used to play that game.
