So is the bug that the announcer says the side is retired when there isn't 3 outs recorded or was there really 3 outs recorded and the Twins still stayed on the field throwing the ball around the horn?

Since I didn't see that once at the event(staying out on the field after the 3rd out)...I'm guessing it's either as Woodweaver surmised...just the way they set up the debug(and didn't realize they recorded the 3rd out)...or a small audio glitch that would happen occasionally(like saying something about 2 walks in the inning...when there was only one last year).
