Question Re: MLB '10: The Show Hands-On Impressions @ CES w/ Russell_SCEA

Looks to me that SCEA has not fixed the left center and right center scoreboards. Still all digital. Not good. Also, the frieze still looks like from MLB09 and I would hope this would get fixed as well. Does not look like the frieze in Yankee Stadium.

Fenway has had digital on the Monster as well when it should be manual.

Something I am not going to worry about, since I know none of that in the early builds we see are close to representing anything final.

I am sure it is harder to fix than we think. Since it has to use the same code it uses on the digital scoreboards, where as the manual out of town (which looks like it should at Fenway) doesn't update in real time, but per inning basis I think.

Things I noticed:
1.) Pitcher ball-marker
2.) Broadcast fielding camera
3.) State Farm ads?
4.) No lag in Yankee Stadium... yet
5.) Still have that "Extra bases to start the ballgame" line when he didn't get extra bases
6.) A lot of little animations that appear to be new

These are all from the videos, mind you. Thanks for posting.

Forgot to mention:
7.) New check-swings, especially in the first video
