Well, don't be disappointed yet! They may be able to combine it into the HR Derby.

Ya I love how ESPN presents the HR derby on TV with the ball trail graphics & various camera angles especially the blimp view

I really thought after the long absence that they would bring the HR Derby back with new & exciting features but it looks like they just added the old one back in to make people happy

I hope Homeruns in actual games look better then that with the new broadcast camera

Time for disappointment is actually release day. Until then I wouldn't get to concerned about much.

Technically, they should look like the broadcast cam replays in 09 except this year they will be happening in real time!

my ideal homerun cam looks like this, except with better ball tracking.

Exactly to both. I can't be dissapointed yet, I don't even have the game. LOL We're just speculating as to what we may see given the current info.

And a recap after with the arrows and ball placements with the distance like Nemesis mentioned.

Similar to 2K, but with more "effect" and pop than what it has (the stadium nuances in The Show probably will help with it, since it wont cut away from the crowd as fast so you can see them grab the ball).

The sad part is I want to play 2K's Derby more then ours just because of the ball camera
