There is a level playing field, everyone has the ability to purchase card packs. As I posted earlier in this thread I bought 2 gold packs that's a whopping $2.00 and then I bought 1 platinum pack which I believe was another $3.00. So for $5.00 , less then I spend on my lunch each day, my team went from a 62 to a 92.

If you only want to play people that have not bought cards, look at their teams rating before you ready up. If it is not close to your teams rating back out and look for a different opponent. Simple. No need to change the game, a lot of us like the ability to purchase cards.

Can you buy packs for PS3 or is that just and xbox live feature?

I went to the Playstation store and couldn't find anything othe than the FIFA stuff...

Go to buy pack and choose a pack and there is an option in there to pay for it by real money and coins.
