That's the one thing I'm disappointed in so far. They kept Rex Hudler. If they don't want this game to get stale and be compared to madden, they HAVE to change the commentary to make it more like a real broadcast. I don't need comedy(Hudler) with my baseball. I need realism.

Even though Rex is average at best, retaining him allows the development team to build on a large library of play-by-play material previously recorded. He has already recorded 95% of the names, numbers basic stuff, probably this allows him to add more significant detail elsewhere.

Yeah the rex comment sticks out so badly and that was only one time hearing him. His commentary takes away from the presentation feeling real. The way its displayed it sounds fit for like a tony hawk game. Its terrible.

This! It's sorta like when someone tells you a joke and you chuckle at first because it's your first time hearing it. It wasn't funny the first time, but you still chuckle. Then that person tells the same joke to multiple people everytime you're hanging out with him. It gets annoying very quickly. Sooner or later you find yourself not wanting to be around him.

That's the way I feel after hearing Hudlers stupid "jokes' about 5 games into my season. You can overlook hearing facts and realistic play-by-play often because there's only so many ways announcers can call a game, but the jokes, man.... It's the corny jokes that get old with the quickness. Hudler has to go!!

That's the ONLY area 2KSports has consistently beaten "The Show", realistic commentary.

Fixed.

There is no room for his dialogue in a baseball broadcast, especially the way he is integrated tantalizing the user's mistakes. It's so... unbecoming.
