They are referring to RTTS. You can now be the catcher and call the pitches from a new catcher view behind the batter.

they got McLouth's number wrong, its 13 not 31, but i'm sure it'll be fixed...
Actually, i don't think his number is wrong, if you saw the video of Frank Wren introducing Wagner to the media, his jersey said 13, so i think mclouth changed numbers

I would pay no attention to the numbers on players backs at this time, nor stances, nor pitch deliveries. The game will be worked on continually. Ramone does not have anything close to a final build in front of him at this event.

What amazes me is that we're right on the cusp of the media explosion for '10 and I'm still playing '09 on a daily basis. I've never gotten more longevity out of a game.
