^^North America i think, everyone else already had the correct patch.

Hmm don't know what's wrong then. I'm in Canada and the game data utility says I have patch 1.02 but I can't get the new update.

Try creating a US account.

The account I use is a US account. I had it before I moved here. I wonder if you delete a patch from game utilities will it prompt you again for the most current patch?

I'm in the same boat. I'm in Asia and my Live is R3, and until now all I'm getting is 1.02.

Does that mean 1.02 for my R3 game is already the correct patch, and only NA users will get the 1.03 fix?

Are you a PS3 or Xbox user??? If you have an Xbox then you don't need the new patch since Xbox users got the 2nd patch right and complete.
