that's not what matters. It's just a video of a dog on a skateboard. People love animals, especially if they can do funny things like ride a skateboard or segway. It gets hits, which is a cheap way to get awareness of a product out there.

The people who put out the video have a whole youtube page about their dog riding skateboards. Turns out he's been in other commercials, one of which was an iphone commercial using a youtube video.
