Re: NHL 2K10 Roster Update Available

Just overwrote the previous roster update with a slightly new one; there's no player movement (that will have to go in a later one). But this should address:

-A few more player rating adjustments
-The Josh Bailey crash on Wii
-Visors have been added to some notable rookies that were missing them.
-A few helmets/equipment pieces have been fixed

Thanks to Mr.Hordwell for the good feedback, I'm happy to try and fix any other equipment, rating, or face issues noticed in future roster updates.

Shadow, just wanted to give a Kudos to the entire NHL 2K team for the great support for 2K10. It makes a huge difference now and will come time for 2K11 when people are on the fence. Knowing that this kind of support goes into the game makes a HUGE difference to customers.

Downloaded this today after trashing my old settings. Blackhawks roster seems to have reverted to opening night roster after being up-to-date on the previous version of the November update. The previous roster update correctly had Andrew Ebbett on the team and Radek Smolenak in Tampa Bay. This new overwrite puts Smolenak back on the Hawks and Ebbett back on the Ducks.

Good call. None of the transactions are up to date. Kobasew trade? Come on. Other then ratings changes, these are not up to date at all. Stealth update or the original November update.

if just for offline for time being, check the leafs minor league roster. then check leafs website. look for him and match up the height, weight, and date of birth. i bet there is a match. just change the name and your done.

As a long time EA player (new to the 2k series)... Let me second savoie's request... My biggest confusion is between STRENGTH and BALANCE... (although I have questions about other attributes as well)...

I play locally three nights a week with a group of seven other guys... (four teams/two players each team)... We build our own teams (tweaking attributes... )... More than tweaking really... more like rebuilding players from the ground up... It would be great to know where to assign our alloted tweak points...

We have played EA for the last three years... but have recently decided to try 2k (EA cpu players all seem to act the same)... Some EA attributes seem to do nothing at all... If that's the case with 2k as well... at least it would be nice to know...

For example... I recently did a test with cpu passing... set one team to all 99's in passing and the other to all 20 in passing... and let the cpu play itself (two games)... Passing percentages were the same for both teams!!!... 87%... I watched both games and could see no difference in speed of passes... missed passes... number of icing calls etc...

Back to the main subject... it's good to have another update!
