From the CPU...or Human opponent....because the patch made it harder for the Humans to throw alley oops. But not the CPU. And also to add. Its about how you play defense vs the CPU. Because if stand in no mans land. CPU will throw an alley every single time. Are you playing on-ball D?

turn on your ps3 and load the game. From there just follow the yellow brick road. You do need internet access though.

Post patch this game has improved online for me. The key has been playing quick games and not NBA today games as this makes the game almost unplayable.

I only play against my brother who lives about 18,500kms (11,500miles) away with my 24mb connection and his 8mb connection and the games have been flawless. Much better experience now and I'm having fun online with the game. Haven't tried playing with anyone in that states yet, but I will post impressions if I do. At least for me, this years online is great!
