Re: NCAA Basketball 2010 Review

authentic schedules are included in this years game as well. They will be in the first update Tuesday as opposed to a patch

I think people are just trying be nice about the situation. It's the only college basketball game around so it appears some might be just forcing themselves top enjoy this game just like some of us are forcing ourselves to enjoy Live 10.

I really didn't see any improvement in the demo when compaired to NCAA 09

It seems like they slapped some boosted up presentation into the game and called it NCAA 10.................

The player models looked like hulk hogan as i pointed out about the demo. They think all college kids are bodybuilders or what.....

It's sad that you have to edit the appearance of 1000's of players just make PG's look different from C's and PF's. 2 years ago every player was too skinny and now that are all Karl Malone. That's EA for you they only know how to do things one way there is never a middle ground with them.

I was hoping to take better advantage of this game since it didn't have all the screwy DNA crap that Live was using but it appears this game is no better and I won't be missing anything for the 2nd straight year without a college game.

Pick up and play is probably the best thing I got from this review. If you just what to have fun for about 1-2 months before things start to turn you off.

How could it regress to a six when the game is better in every category?
I've seen 4 reviews not just this one that all pretty much say the same thing about this game.

This review just happens to give the game it's lowest score 6.0 OUCH!

But all the others have the game rated avg at best 7.0

It's like deja vu the past few years reading this stuff.

I respect your opinion..but I couldn't disagree more. I loathed NCAA 09 after a short while - so I have no bias towards that game. This game is night and day compared to that.

This game deserved a better score than 6. I would say at least 7.5.

6! Wow that's low. This game is far and away better than last years. I think too many people are afraid of giving EA props for actually doing a decent/solid job on improving this game. This gets a 6 because the ball goes through the backboard, but NCAA FB gets a higher score and the football doesn't even spiral? I traded that hot garbage in for NCAA BB 10 and I'm glad I did. Sorry, but IMO the negatives just don't bogg the game down as much people want to believe it does. Most people I know and have seen talk about this game may not love it, but they are definitely enjoying it. I know I am.

First, you need to play the retail. Secondly, are you kidding? I really think you need to put 09 back in and play a full game, then play 10 and rethink that statement.

09 is bad, really bad, in comparison to 10.

You've gotta be the most negative person on OS my dude. This game isn't all-time great, not even close, and I'm passionate about sports gaming as well like you but jesus, it ain't that serious. Do you have this drab of an outlook on everything in life? I feel like you need to get out in the sunshine, find someone to give you a hug and have a beer.

And the whole "people must be forcing themselves to like X game" is so played out and childish. "Being nice about the situation"? Really? People always acting like if you enjoy a game you either have a hidden agenda or you're forcing yourself to like a game.
