But in a broadcast usually under pass yards and run yards is the total of the run and pass yards.

DO YOU PEOPLE NOT WATCH FOOTBALL!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN ANY BROADCAST THEM DISPLAY THE TOTAL YARDS AS RUN, PASS, AND SPECIAL TEAMS.

Special teams yardage is very very rarely ever ever shown on any broadcast, pregame, half time, post game, or during the week. If you want to call it total offense I will agree that is probably correct grammatically.

If they want the total to include the special teams yards, which is idiotic, they need to have them displayed ABOVE the total. So, it would look like this:

Run
Pass
Special teams
total

BUT AGAIN that isn't like any real NFL broadcast and I feel it idiotic. After all, isn't the point to try and make the games broadcast to feel like the real NFLs?

Yeah special teams yardage matter but most people don't give a ****......

I played a game yesterday and got the same. It (obviously) isn't the patch so I wonder what the update was for...

What system are you playing on? I see the guy below you who replied to you that was prompted with the same is on the 360. I'm on a PS3 and haven't played my Madden in a while.

Thank you for not starting a new thread that says "I think I got the patch" and making all of us go into panic mode and rush over to our 360's, only to get nothing.

I had a PS3 system update yesterday. But I didn't check Madden.

Did you get it after loading the game?

If yes that would be an, probably THE, update....
