something downloaded when I started the game but it seems its just downloading the living rosters

. Isn't an agreement thing supposed to pop up before downloading a patch or do i have to go to 2kshare to download it?

Also you you'll see the prompt when the game first begins. As in the black screen when you put the disc in or press play game on the dashboard.
