Yes, thats what I understood.
The ints should decrease, which is cool. Also they should decrease the pursuit on Dbs b/c they can run away from the offense guys so easily, leading to too many pick 6's.
Or they could raise the pursuit of offensive players to help.

I think everyone seeing the "Almost Sack" and yes it drives me crazy at times, but my worry in fixing this is that it will result in the 2nd patch has created WAY TOO many sacks on the CPU threads

Sounds like mid-late november. Anything sooner and that would be a pleasant surprise.
