Completely agree with you Imdaman, also I had to change my inital post cause after closely examining the youtube clip of the real Raptors Court, I noticed that there are fans sitting in-between the scorer's table and the bench.

So the problem is that they didn't add fans in between the scorer's table and where the player's bench is. In 2K10, the bench starts right beside the scorer's table but in reality there are a couple of fan seats in between. Thus causing a gigantic opening at the end of the bench.
