Is that a serious question? I only ask because there is so much sarcastic hate for Madden around here, it's hard to tell sometimes.

With the AFL pack. Screens, logos, the grain filter (which is a love/hate thing, I'm sure), the refs, the uniforms. Also related achievements and Madden moments.

Not trying to bash EA because I do really like Madden (pre-patch), but my guess is NO. They are smart business people there I'm sure, and they know if they mention something that is "in the patch" but really isnt, there will be the placebo effect and many happy gamers thinking it was fixed. IMO
