i want to know why phil said that that patch included 7 min quarters for online play when it was 7 minutes before the patch dropped.

Incorrect. Run blocking has definitely been fixed. I was very vocal in my dislike for the run blocking and I went to practice mode and could immediately tell the difference and I played an online game and could tell the difference there as well. Dont know about the other stuff, but run blocking has definitely been fixed for the 360.
