NBA 2K10 Official Momentous Trailer #1

This trailer is a blur of one great animation after the other. Hopefully the gameplay and 2k has tightened up their control and the defensive AI is good. But as far as looks this has it all. It looks like the real thing. Every player animation looks spot on. 2k has been keeping quiet but I've never been someone who has bought into the hype. From the sound track to the way this is presented you can tell 2k has been around for a while and that chip is on full display. Don't call it a comeback.... Time will tell. Both games look good this year. I've messed around with the Live demo and it's a good game for sure and plays a good game, but does still have some of the same issues that have plagued it as well. EA has been talking like they are going to reclaim the crown but I don't see it yet. This looks like the real thing and like it has a fair amount of depth to it.. One thing i noticed is the players resolution looks a lot better in this game. Live kind of has that shiny cartoon look. It also has a lot of awkward animations where this doesn't so much. 2k might be a bit more robotic but they capture animations really well. There are a lot more of them.

That was a picture of last year. How do you know the Cavs warm ups didn't change for the 2009-2010 season and are correct in the game? Or maybe the fact that this trailer was put together from different builds of the game and is a early build. I think it's a little too early to nitpick about the color of the warmups.

Notice they all have the same shoes on too.

it's wrong because it's not the same in nba live 10..usually if a team change jersey, both game get it right...It looks just like the clippers warm up on this one lol!

Oh Ok. But how do you know it will be wrong in the final build? How do you know if they got it right or not, when the game isn't even out yet? In the 1st few live trailers you could tell the graphics weren't as good as they are in the demo, cuz they put trailers together from early builds of the game. Just saying it's too early to nitpick warmup colors from early versions of the game.

Awesome trailer from 2K once again. I think the difference between the 2 games is quite obvious. Especially in graphics and presentation, there's no competition. 2K looks as close to the real thing as we've seen in a game yet.
As for gameplay, sure Live is trying but it still has a lot of ground to cover, whereas 2K already has a solid product that just needs to imporove some details. Can't wait for release day!

Maybe I phrased my concern the wrong way and I apologize for that. I do know that the staples center dims their lights, but the way 2k represents it is too dark in my opinion, at least based on the trailer. Maybe the trailer makes it look dark and the actual game will look a little lighter than it?
