Re: Madden NFL 10 Announces AFL Legacy Pack, Screenshots and Video Available

Most of the people complaining don't even seem to want the DLC anyways, regardless of what it's priced at. They're only happy if something is free, which is a totally unrealistic expectation. If you don't plan on buying the item, and you don't really even want it, then don't complain. Just move on.

Ian put all the thing you want for 7 $ i will buy the thing that i want straight simple.
As a 360 owner, you must pay more money than the DLC just to have enough points. To those saying you don't have to buy it, Updated rosters aren't required. Now suppose EA decides to charge people for that. Are you just going to accept that?

That's not really what I see. Nobody thinks they should be "free". They should be included in the game that you already paid for.

Do I want the DLC? Sure, more uniforms are cool. But is it worth more than what was already paid? I don't think so.

Just think of the opposers as lobbying for preventative reasons. If this is successful, why wouldn't EA charge for draft classes, superstar mode, importing NCAA players, playoff games, free agency... etc.

And you wonder why most consumers here are upset with EA (and their charges)...
I think you misunderstood my point.

I said it does "look" white, but suggested it isn't because of glare.

It doesn't make sense that the developers would use two different logo's (one for the pre-game match-up and one for the helmet) when you traditionally reuse the same graphic as much as possible (especially in this type of situation).

You mistake me appreciating a sound business move for being an EA apologist or defender.

I'll tell you what, you open a business, give things away for free that people would actually pay for, and see how long you stay in the black when it begins to stagnate.

Blame Microsoft for that one.

Should I blame Microsoft for EA charging something that should of already been in the game?
